You have a few images with building details. There is also the PDF file with some sort of graphics that I hope it will
make it easier for you to understand the way I built it. You can also keep it simple with no adjustable elements at the ends.
It works great like that as well, especially if you don't plan on moving it too often. Instead of inserting tubes in an out,
you may just cut a few milimeters from the ends until you get a good SWR on both bands. I am actually replacing mine with full elements
as well to keep it more simple since I now know that it will not move much.

The antenna is made from 12mm in diameter aluminum tubing that is 1mm thick. Down bellow you have the total lenght of the elements.

  - 2m band : 2 elements of 49cm each.
  - 70cm band: 2 elements of 16cm each.

In the original design I used 2 x 47cm and 2 x 15cm, but acording to the calculator down bellow the dimentions above should be better.
  https://www.translatorscafe.com/unit-converter/en-EN/calculator/dipole-antenna/

These dimensions is the total lenght including the adjustable tubes. So if you decide to build it simple with no adjustable elements,
respect these dimensions and you should be fine. Maybe not with the best SWR but acceptable enough.

Thank you and good luck building it !
